To me: Feminism means equal rights of men and women.

“Feminism isn’t about making women stronger. Women are already strong. It’s about changing the way the world perceives that strength.”

According to me every women should be a feminist because feminism doesn’t believe in the superiority of men and women but in equality.

Even though its 21st century women are still oppressed not only in India but in entire world .Men try to dominate women in all possible ways. Everybody talks about equal rights of men and women and everybody gives long speeches about women’s rights but unfortunately nobody practice it. Everyone talks about respecting a women but nobody respects a women.I feel so distressed about the position of women in this century too that it breaks my heart from inside. Today women are treated as a source of income.

Even educated men do have their own egos and insecurities regarding women. I’ve seen men who in front of the world pretend to give equal rights to women but inside they treat women as a doormat. Be it corporate sector, industrial sector, entertainment sector, etc.  There is no equality between the two genders.

“If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of oppressor.”

  1. Great post . I myself is not much for equality of men n women …. see as per laws of nature how things can be equal gives us idea that man n woman can’t b equal , both have their special characters that make them unique. If we can not compare we can’t talk about equality
